I am most challenged when solving what I like to call open-ended problems. Problems where no clear or structured solution exists, requiring us to collect and analyse data/feedback and discern solution pathways before looking to execute change.

As a result, I am exceptionally good at organising, analysing, and strategic thinking, taking serious care in all decisions made.

Working for organisations or teams that welcome change, and when I’m tasked to nurture the shift. My greatest strengths are my ability to observe, understand and improve.

I operate most effectively when provided the independence to determine my own sub-tasks and approach to a problem, and when regularly provided the time and environment to think, deliberate and muse. My best ideas and work come from this time, allowing collaborative times to be more fruitful.
